Aqua Apartments Vento, Marbella

We spent one night in a two-bedroom apartment. The beds and towels were very clean, and the customer service was amazing, professional, and supportive.

The apartment looked modern and appealing, and there was plenty of room inside. Nearby free parking was also easy to find in the off-season. But ants got into our clothes, and I had to wash everything. Reception sprayed something, but the ants came back, and the smell was unpleasant. I was also unsure how safe the product was with my kids staying there. Staff apologized, but offered no real compensation. They mentioned a discount on a future stay, though they knew I likely wouldn't return. I asked for a partial refund and was still waiting for an answer. Our stay was in the last week of march 2025. We weren't offered another apartment. @edit for answer That's totally not true, that you said anything about the apartments being fully occupied, noone said a thing about that. You knew I was leaving the city because I had said so, which meant washing the clothes there wasn't an option. Please look at the screenshot to see how the communication with you went. If you're so keen to give me a special discount, you could apply it to the stay I already had at your apartments. You're not doing that because you know I won't be back anytime soon to use the discount. You never sent anything about a discount, even though I get other emails from you.

The balcony was a lovely place for morning coffee, with stunning Mediterranean Sea views, and the beach was only a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom with high-quality linens. The staff were always friendly and attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend Aqua apartments to anyone visiting Marbella.

The only drawback for us was that the pool wasn't heated. Otherwise, the apartment was excellent, with two bathrooms and two terraces, and the staff were great. The people around were lovely, too. It's a great spot for families, with coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and shopping close by. In the San Pedro area, it's near most of Marbella's hot spots but far enough away that traffic and noise are light.
