We arrived to find the apartment in an incredibly dirty state, which felt unacceptable during the coronavirus pandemic. Grease covered the kitchen, the appliances were dirty, the sofa had beach sand on it, food stains were on the doors, and there was hair on the sheets. We asked for cleaning right away, but it wasn’t properly done until the next day. The towel rack was broken and some lights were out. They came to repair those as we were leaving. The apartment was both dirty and expensive. We won’t return, and I can’t recommend it.

The lack of services is appalling. This company has a reputation for being unprofessional, mistreating employees, and not keeping promises. People who speak up risk ending up out on the street. If you can, find another rental company on the Costa del Sol. You’ll regret booking here. Regards.
