Club Med - Magna Marbella

We came back for a second family stay, with five of us: two teens and one child. It’s a great choice if you want an active resort. We played Padel tennis every day, did flying trapeze, archery and football. Book Padel tennis by 8 pm the day before. The rooms are really nice and the food is good, although queues can get a bit long at busy times. The gym needs refreshing. Arturo leads a great staff team.

Our two little boys had a brilliant time at the kids’ club while we enjoyed the adult activities, and we had an amazing week. The hotel feels luxurious and the food is delicious. One of the best holidays we’ve had in a long time.

The staff were really nice and we had a great time in November. The hotel has everything you could want, and the evening activities were okay for that time of year. But I noticed Israeli wine on club med marbella’s wine list. With what happened in Palestine, including the massacre of Palestinian children, I thought head office would think twice about offering it, especially at a family-focused resort. Despite our good stay, my wife and I won’t return.

The main pool is gorgeous, and the views are amazing. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with plenty to do for adults and kids, so it works really well for a family holiday. Arturo, the manager, seems to be everywhere keeping things running smoothly. The kids club staff are fantastic professionals, and you feel your children are in safe hands. Great hotel and facilities.
