It's a year-round living community, with Supercor, Mercadona, Aloha Garden Restaurant, and Mogly within walking distance. This is one of the best gated communities in new Andalucia, close to Puerto Banus at 2 km and Puente Romano at 3 km.
There's a broad mix of international restaurants nearby, with food from all over, along with popular bars, a supermarket, an organic food shop, vets, cafés, and tennis courts. Puerto Banús, its sandy beaches, restaurants, and designer shops is only a few minutes' walk away.
The apartments have nice terraces and privacy. Great places to eat and a market are nearby, and the locations are great.
Several spots for lunch or dinner are only a five-minute walk away, and Supercor and Mercadona are close for groceries. It's a quiet apartment complex for a relaxing holiday, with a private pool.
