Don’t waste your money here. This didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, more like a two- or three-star place. The pools were closed, there was only one bar open, and the whole property seemed disorganized and short-staffed. We paid for parking for two nights but found no valet, and there was no one at the VIP check-in desk when we arrived, during our stay, or when we left. I have Expedia VIP status, but we were treated poorly and weren’t given the upgrade we expected. Our basic room had no AC. After we complained, they moved us to another basic room that was supposedly cooler. It was the same room, still without AC, with only a slightly better view. It didn’t feel like an upgrade and wasn’t worth the hassle. The reception refunded the parking charge at check-in because there was no valet. The place needs a refresh and isn’t being kept well. There are better, cheaper hotels in Marbella. The manager said he wanted us to sign an NDA because of the problems we’d had, so we wouldn’t post about our experience. They were so disorganized they forgot to have us sign it. There wasn’t a single person in the VIP area or at the parking valet, as my photos show.

Wrap Remix at the Rock Spa was one of the best experiences of my life. It combined a body scrub, massage, and facial, and left me feeling completely relaxed and nourished. Lisa’s energy and approach really made the treatment, and she’s one of the best therapists I’ve ever experienced. I loved the music, and even the bed had a built-in base. I highly recommend both the treatment and Lisa.

We’ll be back. The staff’s 10/10 service was the finishing touch on a stay with lovely food across the different restaurants and buffets, and great rooms with sea views. There are several pools and bars on site, and the location is ideal, next to Puerto Banus and a minute’s walk from the beach. Best hotel in Marbella!

The room was beautiful and spotless, and housekeeping was just as professional and kind as the bar staff. When I was under the weather with a cold, Rodrigo made me a lovely tea with ginger, honey, and mint. He and Victor were polite, helpful, and clearly enjoy looking after guests. I’ve never had better service at a hotel bar. I’ll be back and will recommend Hardrock Marbella to my friends and family. Thanks to Rodrigo and Victor for everything!

Saad made our stay memorable by going out of his way to make sure we were looked after. The suite was spacious, and the bathrooms had been updated. It was also an easy indoor walk to the casino. We had a very pleasant experience here and would recommend it, especially for the guest service. Thank you, Saad.
