Our host was the best part, so friendly and helpful. They even offered to keep our luggage after checkout and helped us with beach towels. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the street itself is beautiful. We were near both the city center and the beach. Definitely recommend!

I stayed for over a month and would happily come back. The staff were very friendly, including towards English speakers. My room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. Prices were reasonable too.

A really excellent room, clean and with an ensuite, TV, and air conditioning. The host was very friendly. You're 150 metres from the seafront, just off it, in the old town with loads of restaurants and shops. I'd highly recommend it.

Hola ♡ It feels like five stars! I'm from Germany, and even a four-star place there couldn't compare. La Pilarica is so clean, friendly, pretty, well run, and easy. It's close to the city on a beautiful, really quiet street, but you don't feel alone. Even with windows facing inward, it still feels like a luxurious, warm and lovely place. I'd recommend it to every decent person. Enjoy ♡ If there's a word for perfection, it's pilarica ♡ I'm sure it's the best hostel in the world. Gracias for looking after us ♡

The place was hard to find on a small street, and there's no elevator, so I had to carry my big suitcase up the stairs. People smoke throughout the building, including inside. I didn't like it.
