The room was a little small, but the price was very affordable, and it’s a great spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Ria, I think that was her name. I’d recommend it.

The location is good, but the hotel needs more work. Our room smelled strongly of damp or mould, and opening the window helped only a little while letting in a lot of outside noise. There were ants inside, and the bedsheets weren’t very clean either.

The room had a good fridge and very good Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning worked well. It was clean enough, and the location was good, but the room itself was small and needed some care. The bathroom mirror didn’t work, the door wouldn’t shut, the balcony shutters were partly broken, and the walls needed repainting. Check-in was terrible. We waited outside a long time, along with other guests who were having problems too. Reception was unmanned throughout our stay, communication was poor, and the accommodation even called me in the morning for an unnecessary wake-up call.

The room had no ventilation, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned well. There was also a cockroach in the hall. The receptionist seemed a bit unfriendly and offered no recommendations when I asked, though the location right in the heart of Marbella town is great.
