The room was a very spacious side sea view room, cleaned spotlessly, and we even had turndown service with a chocolate on our first night. Reception staff were very helpful and on point, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to housekeeping for finding my friend's two silver rings, which were sentimental and irreplaceable. Reception kept them safe and gave frequent updates. Highly recommend.

The room was delightful, and the hotel was attractive, first class, and spotlessly clean. Right on the beachfront, it’s ideally located with easy access to Board Walk. Staff delivered high levels of customer service throughout. Special thanks to Anna on reception and Yaiza in the restaurant. The food was excellent, with a wide choice at the breakfast and evening buffets, as well as chefs preparing individual dishes to order. I’ll definitely return next year.

The service was top-notch, friendly, and professional, and both breakfast and dinner were very tasty with a great selection. One of the best stays I’ve had so far. Shout out to everyone working there, you’re doing a great job!

The location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast and around the pool. But the room fell short of the price and what we expected. We’d been promised one large bed for our baby, but late at night we found two twin beds pushed together. The next day we were told they couldn’t change it. One of the spare sheets was dirty and stained. The coffee machine was broken and was only replaced after some back-and-forth, and the room had no dim lighting. They didn’t provide basic things like toothbrushes or slippers. The nightly rate was high, and after booking we saw the hotel lower its prices, which made the stay feel less worth it. It just wasn’t the comfort or value we expected from a hotel in this category.
