La Maestranza

I’ve been coming here on holiday for 18 years. It’s a great place for families wanting a relaxing break. The grounds and pools are immaculate, and there’s a supermarket next door with excellent fresh produce and a great fresh fish counter. Restaurants for different tastes and budgets are an easy walk away. The port is about a mile away, roughly a 25-minute walk, but the hilly route is tough in summer heat. Two things spoil it for me. The apartment owner shown in the photo keeps renting it to groups of six young people, who are noisy before going clubbing and when they return in the early hours. Also, some very inconsiderate people park selfishly, as the photos show.

It’s always nice to return and be greeted by the polite, helpful security staff 😊🌞🌴 The urbanisation is sunny, clean, and set on a hill, yet the beautiful Puerto Banus port is only a short walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and most of what we need for a good stay are nearby.

I’ve rented apartments here a few times and always had a great time. It’s a good spot for partying, with all-nighters alongside random neighbours. Five stars.

The house from Luxe Living apartments is lovely, and it’s right opposite the pool. It’s a pretty place where the sun shines all day, with accommodation that works well for families or friends.
