Livescape Aloha Royal

Two weeks before our stay, the accommodation was canceled. The only explanation we got was that the owner had booked us into one apartment instead of the two we reserved through booking.com. We’d had this holiday booked since 2019 for ten people, and I’d already moved it twice because of Covid, staying in touch in between. If I hadn’t asked about changing the check-in time, we would have reached Marbella with nowhere to stay. Finding a replacement within our budget was impossible because Marbella is so expensive, so we had to cancel the whole trip we’d waited three years for. Our flights were nonrefundable, and we lost that money too. The outcome was appalling, and I’m really disappointed and unhappy.
