The area feels about three-star and is decent enough. You’ll need a car since there isn’t much nearby. Puerto Cabopino is small but pleasant, and there are some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The golf course views are beautiful, and the urbanization has lovely swimming pools. Restaurant da Bruno, the beach, and the harbor are all walkable. It’s a very central base, about 15 minutes from Marbella Old Town and 20 minutes from Malaga Airport.

A good place to live, though lately it feels crowded with tourists who aren’t Spanish. The streets have been left in poor shape by the Marbella City Council, with potholes in the asphalt and streetlights that don’t work.
