Lunamar is a great beachside complex in El Rosario (Marbella East), with direct access to some of Marbella’s most beautiful beaches. Though it’s a few years old, it’s extremely well kept. It’s a low-rise development with ground-floor apartments and duplex penthouses. We’ve sold several units there to Spanish and foreign owners, and clients love the apartment sizes, communal areas, and peaceful atmosphere. It’s an ideal place to own a holiday home.
