Luxury aparment in Marbella Center

Ana, the guest relations manager, arranged a lovely birthday surprise for my husband: cake, juices and a card delivered to our room. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning service was excellent. Our tidy, recently renovated room had what felt like brand new mattresses and bed linen, plus complimentary water, tea and coffee. Soundproofing, though, was poor. Breakfast had a good buffet selection, freshly squeezed orange juice and the option to order an omelette or fried eggs from the staff. The coffee could be better. The outdoor pool looked clean and well maintained, but it wasn't heated, so we couldn't use it in December. There was also a gym with a separate shower for guests and a small sauna. Parking is available on the premises for an additional charge. It was a pleasant hotel, though a bit far from the Marbella centre.

I enjoyed the peaceful feel of the hotel and Marbella, especially from my room's lovely balcony, where I watched a beautiful sunrise. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained, and I appreciated having the drinking water replenished regularly. Parking was convenient, and the location was nice. The breakfast area felt rather small, and the selection wasn't very varied. Still, I had a pleasant stay at NH collection Marbella.

We booked through KapsEscape, and their service and recommendations were outstanding. We felt well looked after throughout our stay, and the hotel really impressed us. They even arranged a special anniversary surprise with strawberry chocolates and a drink. There were welcome drinks at the entrance, plus infused water and chocolates in the room. The room was very cozy, the location was perfect, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious churros, local Spanish pastries and other great tasting food. The breakfast service was excellent too. Thank you!

Traveling with our 3-year old son isn't always easy, but Eugenia made it easy. Axel found a friend during our time in Spain. She made him feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated in a way I've never seen hotel staff do before. She was so attentive to him, and she's the staff member we'll miss most when we leave. Francis greeted us with a smile and gave us great service in the hotel restaurant, which made our evening so much better. Naomal cleaned our room to perfection and always greeted us with such a lovely attitude. That made the stay much more comfortable. We've been met with smiles since we arrived. Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Thank you all for making it memorable. Best wishes Axel, Klara and Emil
