Marbella Real is a gated community with round-the-clock security, lush tropical gardens, and several pools. It sits on Marbella's Golden Mile, a much sought-after part of the Costa del Sol. The area became established in the 1960s, with prominent Marbella families and wealthy families from across Europe. It's popular for its closeness to the city centre and Puerto Banús, along with restaurants, amenities, the well-known beach promenade and its charming chiringuitos, and the famous Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotels.
