I liked the decor and felt at ease as soon as I arrived. ME Marbella was good value for the price, and the amenities matched what was advertised. The pool with its daytime DJ made me want to stay there instead of heading to the beach. Staff were really friendly and the service was outstanding. The cocktails were amazing, food options were nice, and breakfast was great. I cancelled a booking at another hotel so I could extend my stay here. Special thanks to Anady in the restaurant area and Ana at reception.

Breakfast became a highlight of our stay at ME Marbella. The atmosphere felt elegant and relaxed, and the service was quick, attentive, and always cheerful. You could tell the team cared and paid attention to details. Mamen, Fran, and Lupe made us feel welcome every morning with their warm, professional hospitality. ME Marbella was fantastic, and I have no complaints about the hotel. The service was genuinely five-star, with people who were friendly, attentive, and focused on details. The location is great, with lots within walking distance and Puerto Banús very close. The last note about getting there by bike or taxi is cut off in the text I have.

I want to thank the whole team at ME Marbella for making our family visit so memorable. Alba was always available and quick to respond when we needed something, which made a real difference. Rafa was still in training but gave us outstanding help at check-in, and showed us several rooms so we could choose one we were happy with. Ruben was wonderful from the first day through departure. He offered recommendations, arranged our evening meals, and kept checking that we were pleased with the room and our stay. His service was 10/10. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. I’d highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.
