Mini Motel at Los NaranjosGC

I paid and got a booking confirmation, then the next day they called to say they'd made a mistake and I had to cancel. They said they'd call back within an hour to sort it out, but hours went by and they neither answered my calls nor explained why the booking was being cancelled. I'd already planned my vacation, including flights and reservations, and now it's all ruined. Appalling. From the Booking.com reviews, it seems this has happened to other people too. Completely irresponsible.
