I was a bit let down. The hotel looked so luxurious online, but it didn't really meet that standard, and the service wasn't very good. I'm trying to be honest with the rating even though I don't like giving low scores without a reason. It felt dated, and there was no restaurant, bar or snacks at the hotel. They also charged me for breakfast on one of the days even though I'd ordered and paid for it. The TV didn't have smart functions, and I couldn't get the air conditioning, or whatever it was, to work. So, 3 stars.

The building feels a little dated, and noise carries both from the hotel and the surrounding area at night. I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.

The location was amazing, but I really didn’t like staying here. It felt dirty and far from luxurious.

You’re right in the center of San Pedro, with restaurants, shops, and places to stroll just outside. The promenade has plenty of places to eat, too. A pleasant park makes for an easy walk of about 10-15 minutes to the beach. The atmosphere at the hotel was quiet and relaxed, and for a three-star place it delivered what we expected. We found it a good option for a family stay.

The staff made the stay especially pleasant. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive to little details, from reception to the cleaning team. The location was very good, too. Congratulations to the management!
