The receptionists and cleaning staff were arrogant, and the room was never cleaned properly. They came into my room without permission, and a 200 euro coat was stolen. They also refused to show me the security camera footage.

There was hardly any kitchen equipment, and the room wasn't worth what it cost. The bed squeaked loudly and felt like it was over 80 years old. I was only given two small pillow options, with no way to ask for more. After all my years of travelling, this was the worst service I've had. A terrible experience, and service gets zero. Honestly, it's a joke.

Our hotel booking had been cancelled when we got to Marbella, so we booked a room here at the last minute for two days. The reviews had made us a little uneasy, but we ended up having a nice stay. The service was great and the room was okay. We mostly spent our time out, so not having a window directly onto the street to let in some air wasn't a big issue. Check-out was at 12:00, which meant we didn't have to rush.

A good choice if you don't want to share a hostel room with 10 people, as long as you expect similar quality. The receptionist was really nice! Kenny G was here 😎

I spent one night in a warm room with no air-conditioning, and there was nowhere else to go because they were fully booked. Then ice from the air-conditioning hit me, and water dripping from it left my bed wet. A horrible place, full stop.
