I had a terrible stay at Bora Bora Suits. After accidentally locking myself out with the keys inside, I started trying to reach the owner at 9 PM. She didn't respond until midnight, then said her daughter would come over for a “small fee.” Her daughter asked for €120 in cash when she arrived, even though I showed that I had the keys. I requested a credit card charge, but they refused and pressured me into handing over €100 in cash. Later, when I asked the owner for the official terms and conditions for this supposed “late-night fee,” she ignored me completely. There was no transparency or documentation, and I felt they took advantage of me while I was distressed. The whole thing was unprofessional, dishonest, and exploitative. Agoda didn't properly support me either. I strongly warn future guests to avoid this property.
