The spacious rooms and facilities were great, with a TV and Netflix in each room, plus a tablet and chargers for all the phones. There’s a big BBQ area outside, which we enjoyed, and the villa had almost everything we wanted. The pool isn’t heated, so it’s very cold outside the summer months, but we still used it and had fun. Some showers could use updating since water leaks from the shower tray. The bathrooms themselves are nice. There isn’t a full kitchen, just a small kitchenette that’s barely enough if you plan to cook much. A car is needed because the villa isn’t close to a supermarket. We had a great time at Jazmines & Moras and would stay there again.

Hector, the owner, was charming and even gave us free lifts into Marbella to get food and drink. He also arranged taxis for our nights out, which was a standout part of the hospitality. I stayed at Jazmines & Moras with nine friends for a weekend golf trip at the end of April. The pool area was a highlight, with an outdoor kitchen, Argentine style barbecue grill, plenty of seating and day beds. The rooms were stylish, clean, comfortable and very good quality. A fantastic five-star stay, and I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable stay with a large group of 10-15.

We were surprised by the distance to the beach. Booking described it as beach front, but it was quite a walk. The villa itself is beautiful, with nice facilities. Our room and bathroom were large and lovely, and there’s a large swimming pool that looks nice. Each floor also has a public area with a TV and pool table.

The views were amazing, and it’s a beautiful place for families, friends or groups. You really need a hire car. The kitchen is tiny and needs improving, clearly an afterthought when it was converted from a B&B to a full air bnb. Invest in the kitchen downstairs and it’d definitely be five stars.

I’m still trying to get my deposit back from the bank, luckily I paid by credit card. I booked for June and paid a large deposit, but Gonzalo has stopped replying. At first the host was helpful and quick to respond, and kindly agreed to move my dates to this year because of covid. I contacted him in December for an update and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve emailed several times, messaged and called on whatsapp, where the call ends after four rings, so it seems to be getting hung up on. I also tried the business social media and Gonzalo's personal social media, with no response. I’ve seen a few other TripAdvisor reviews describing the same thing. I don’t know what happened, but he still seems active on his personal social media pages, so it looks like I’m being ignored. I really hope he gets back to me with a good excuse, but I fear the worst.
