Marbesa has a calm feel that stood out to me most. It’s a peaceful place by the sea, away from the bustle, while still being not too far from central Marbella. The area has a mix of modern villas and traditional homes, with tidy gardens around them, and feels quite exclusive. The coastline is lovely, with golden sand and clear water for a relaxing day in the sun. There are also beach bars where you can get fresh fish and seafood cooked in the Andalusian style. I tried a sardine skewer while looking out at the Mediterranean, which was a real treat. It’s nice to wander around or go for a bike ride, and being surrounded by nature makes both easy. Marbesa also gives you access to other places of interest nearby. For me, it brought together the Costa del Sol’s scenery, food, and peaceful atmosphere in one distinctive corner.
El 200 and Simbad are two excellent restaurants right on the seafront. The neighborhood itself is among Marbella’s best residential areas, a peaceful place with few children around.
A well planned neighborhood, with impressive villas and everything laid out nicely.
