We had a perfect, relaxing stay with our two-year-old. It was peaceful and calm, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There’s the option to choose your breakfast each day, plus an honesty bar, pool towels, and beach umbrellas to borrow. You can also use the terrace tables for lunch. A large supermarket and restaurants are just a three-minute drive away. Dinner is served Thursday through Saturday at the restaurant, and late checkout may be possible. Palma centre and the airport are only 18-20 minutes away by car, and it’s well placed for visiting Palma, the beautiful villages on the west coast, and Serra de Tramuntana. Highly recommend, and thanks for all the kind touches!

We picked this place over the big, noisy, crowded hotels in Palma, and I’m so glad we did. It feels magical, almost like home, and is wonderfully quiet. The pool is great, breakfast has lots to choose from, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. You can borrow beach umbrellas and towels, too. They also have dinner evenings with live music. Highly recommended!

We paid an average of 115 Euros a night for six nights, and felt the price was high for the service. The mini-bar charged 3.5€ for a bottle of water, even though the nearest shop is a ten-minute drive away. We also had to leave an identity card or a 10 Euros deposit to borrow pool towels, which felt frustrating and abrupt given what we were paying. There were several basic things missing from the stay. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and dirt got under our feet as we walked. The shower was sinking. One day they forgot to replace the soap, and our towels weren’t changed at all during the six nights, which we expected at this price. Breakfast is described as “awesome,” but the portions were small and there wasn’t much variety. My husband would have liked larger portions, too. Before we left, we told the staff about these issues, but they offered no gesture. We felt that the individual problems added up to a poor customer experience, which is why I’m leaving this review and rating.

It’s peaceful here, and the rooms have been put together with a lot of care. The service is top-notch, and there’s a stunning view of the Tramuntana Mountains out back. A lovely, friendly, beautiful place to stay on Mallorca. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great time!
