We were cycling, and the front desk gave us a first-floor room and let us bring our bikes inside. Fantastic service. The hotel and room were spotless. It was off season, so the restaurant was shut, but there were several adequate places to eat nearby. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is tucked among lovely villas in a quiet residential area up a hill, with mountain views. Rooms are huge, very clean, and have large balconies. The layout is nice, and the staff were attentive and very helpful. I loved my stay at Playasol and would recommend this small family-run hotel to anyone looking for that kind of place. I’ll definitely come back. A small hairdryer and a kettle were the only things I missed. Audrey, 64, Scotland.

Big, clean rooms and friendly employees. Paco is the best. It’s a great hotel for a vacation with friends or family, and I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is a little out of the way, though there are places to eat within walking distance. Staff and management were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was bright, lovely, and spotless. My husband’s one issue was the very poor internet.

It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. In low season, the hotel’s own bar and restaurant are closed, so I wouldn’t really recommend staying then. There’s no fridge, kettle, or coffee maker in the room, and no water supplied daily, which is a big downside when the bar and restaurant are shut. You can ask the desk to order a taxi, but then wait 20 minutes or more.
