The welcome at reception made our arrival feel special, and the staff there and in the breakfast area were lovely. We were travelling around Spain in a campervan to visit the town festival, and this hotel had what we needed since there aren't many campsites nearby. We were lucky to fit the motorhome into the hotel parking, though most spaces have height limits. The location is handy for Medina del Campo, the price was great, and our room was excellent. Breakfast had everything you'd expect and then some. The room A/C was much appreciated too. Thanks from four Irish visitors. We'll be back!

The staff were very nice, and the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and offered much more than a continental spread. Great value for money. The only downside was that the receptionist didn't speak English.

The two young managers were checking the breakfast room and nearby areas attentively in the morning, and both were very polite. There are plenty of positives here for a medium-low budget stay: free parking on site, a good breakfast, air conditioning, a reasonably spacious room for a longer visit, and courteous service. A few things explain the lower ratings. WiFi is free, but the connection away from the ground floor is poor, especially on the second floor. The A/C was welcome in the heat, but it sits right above one of the beds and runs at set temperatures and times. It dropped to 18 overnight. The elevator is useful, though small. The mattress was okay but uncomfortable, and really should have been replaced years ago.

The room was basic but did the job perfectly well for one night. Parking is free, and the hotel is near town, with nice restaurants an easy walk away. Good value, and we'd stay again.

Handy central spot, close to the sights and the train station. Just bear in mind that station isn't for high-speed trains.
