The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, freshly painted, spacious, and had a comfy bed, balcony window, updated furnishings, and a safe.

8/10
The room was clean but basic, with only one electrical outlet. The bathroom tends to flood and can get slippery.

The room was comfortable and clean, though a few small details were a bit deteriorated. It was good value for money, and the lady at reception was kind and responsive.

Guest service got in touch before my trip and helped me organise my backpack service. They answered my questions and were very helpful. The pension was very clean, and everything was as I expected. I’d go back and would recommend it to friends and family.

Avoid the third floor if you want to sleep. It sounds like a herd of bison lives upstairs and regularly goes stampeding around.
