The service was incredible, and the woman who looked after us was so kind and understanding. We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the location was pretty good, just a two-minute walk from the beach. Mahon, where the large supermarkets are, is 25 minutes away. There are two pools to enjoy. Since the other apartments weren’t occupied, we had them to ourselves. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our five-day stay at Las Belisas was wonderful. The apartment was clean, lovely, and comfortable. The hostess was so kind and made us feel welcome in her place. We’ll definitely come back!

The best things were the beach, about 100 meters down the stairs, decent Wi-Fi in the room, and the nice Spanish atmosphere around the pool and garden. The apartments may vary in condition, so these comments apply only to the one we stayed in. Ours was on the first floor and looked quite old. In my opinion, it will need extensive renovation in the coming years. One bedroom smelled strongly of mold, though we had two other bedrooms to use. There was also a smaller ammonia-like smell at first, possibly from cleaning products or coming from somewhere else, and it later got much worse. The owner dealt with the bigger smell problem quickly after we told her, which I appreciated. The shower head was badly blocked with limescale, so the water pressure was low. Nothing unusual for southern Europe.

The sofa was filthy, and the apartment needed a lot of work. Some walls were damp, the inside cover for a window frame was missing from a wardrobe, and the freezer shelf was rusty. After heavy rain, water began pooling on the terrace and leaking into the apartment. We went out and unclogged the drain, but then a guy named David had the nerve to say the water that got inside was our fault.
