Apartamentos Lusitania

The rooms were nicely appointed and super clean, with secure parking. The neighborhood was much nicer than I expected, and the location was perfect. Ana was patient and helpful. We’ll book here whenever we visit Mérida again.

The noise was a real problem. You can hear movement inside and outside the building, people coming and going can wake you up, and even someone talking in the street comes through clearly. The bathroom fans, air conditioners, and fridges buzz constantly. Unless you sleep like a log, getting proper rest could be tough. There’s no reception. You get a text with the codes for the doors and let yourself in when you arrive, which suited me just fine. The place is clean and spacious, with two decent smart TVs and things like Netflix, extra blankets, an ironing board, microwave, hair dryer, and garage parking. Pretty much everything else you need.

The owners were kind, and covered parking was available. The flat was perfect for our stay, close to the city's historic sites.

The historic center is an easy walk away. The apartment was modern and clean, with air conditioning and free private parking.
