We've stayed at El Llagar de Mestas de Con several times, and the setting in the unspoiled Asturian countryside always feels special and welcoming. The house is perfect, and the hostess is lovely and easy to talk to. Everyone on staff has been friendly, attentive, and professional. At Casa Maria, the food is another big reason to come back. The dishes are homemade with quality ingredients, and the cider made right there is excellent, every bit as good as the best known brands. It's a lovely spot to relax, eat Asturian food, and feel at home. Parking is easy, and there's a shop right below with everything you need. We'll be back for sure. A big hug, Maria.

We had a flawless week here. The owner, Maria, kept a close eye on things and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a two-storey house, tastefully done in a rustic style, with every kitchen item you could want. Everything was clean and very well looked after. Thanks for everything.

María is lovely, and the house was clean with tasteful decor. It's also a great base for exploring Asturias. For a family of four, though, there was just one three-seat sofa, and while there are two bathrooms, only one has a shower, with a curtain. The house is also very close to the road.
