This apartment complex is well maintained and renovated, with good quality finishes. The apartment is spacious, more like a two-bedroom flat, and the very large pool gets sun all day. It’s a quiet, family-friendly place, practically outside of Miami Platja, with no nighttime disturbances. That’s something middle-aged people appreciate. The price is very high for the amenities in this part of town. There isn’t even a bar where you can get breakfast. Access is a bit complicated right now because of roadworks. There are mosquitoes at all hours throughout the complex and the surrounding area, and some days it’s impossible to sunbathe on the beach. The City Council should take action. Tourists need to be looked after, since we spend money...

The shared pool works well for all ages, and the apartments are only 50 meters from the beach. Even in July, based on visits over several years, it hasn't felt crowded. There isn't entertainment on site, though more touristy towns are close by and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The community is very nice, with a lifeguard and security guard. Wi-Fi costs extra and is expensive.

Families should find this a great place to stay. It's a quiet, uncrowded complex close to the beach, with a big shared garden and a swimming pool.

For six people, the apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another with a trundle bed, plus a sofa that folds out but was dirty. The terrace light doesn't work. I reported it, but nobody has come to fix it. For what's offered, the price is very high.

There's a family feel here, and most apartments seem to be occupied by their owners. The green areas and pool are nice, and it was very quiet in June and July.
