The owner or manager, the older man at reception, was clearly working hard and committed to running the place. I liked the complimentary notebook, cleansing wipes, and sea kelp lotion. The rooms were clean and orderly, and the pool was spectacular, with jets and a place to recline. The landscaping was nice too, with a big shady tree and outdoor seating. It’s a good budget stay for a night, and I could easily walk for pizza or to swim at Cala Sirenes. I brought my pet. The walls are paper thin, so it was noisy at night. A dog in the next room barked for ages while waiting for its person to come back. I paid extra for breakfast and was surprised by the quality of the croissants, they were French quality. For the price, I found it very nice.

The owner at reception gave us the worst customer service ever. We had several rooms booked for an event, and when we asked to switch one because it smelled of cigarette smoke, he treated us terribly. Don’t stay there, book somewhere else, and don’t go!

There was a stove and a fridge, but the big bed was made from two single mattresses, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night, and it was just about okay for that. We know Spanish standards, and this hotel still felt a little below par. We arrived two hours early, and the gentleman who greeted us made the arrival extremely unpleasant. We chose it because it advertised itself as very dog-friendly, but on arrival we got a different impression: only small dogs up to 10 kg were allowed, while bigger ones needed approval in advance. Expedia advertised free parking, yet we were charged €5. We felt unwelcome with our dog and as though we were being ripped off. We wouldn’t stay here again.
