The food in the à la carte restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff deserve a special mention. Luis served our family several times and was always sweet with us. The hotel was very clean, with modern main areas and nicely presented staff. The decor could use some updates, though. It also has a beautiful location.

We've stayed here several times and it's always a pleasure. The view and setting are the icing on the cake, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Seafood from the cafe and restaurant is superb.

Our room had a wonderful estuary view, and it was bright and comfortable, with firm beds, free soft drinks in the fridge, and a good-sized bathroom with soft towels. Everyone on staff was helpful. We caught the place on a sunny, warm day, so it all felt idyllic. The lively terrace was full of people enjoying the atmosphere, mostly well-dressed Spaniards, along with some French and other Europeans. Drinks went down nicely in the sunshine, and terrace service was quick. Dinner had a small but good selection. The food was tasty, not too heavy, and reasonably priced. It's a good place to stay just outside Santander, and I'd happily recommend it or return.

The view from the hotel was wonderful, and the place had a really nice atmosphere. The service was lovely, the food was good, and they were very accommodating. My bad Spanish was enough for us to manage a Spanglish conversation while ordering. Definitely worth a visit for the location, food, and decor. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel has excellent facilities, including a pool and spa. It's in a great spot by the beach, in a very quiet area. Food in both the restaurant and cafeteria was excellent and reasonably priced. Every staff member was friendly, extremely helpful, and went the extra mile. I've loved both of my visits and will definitely come back.
