The views from C10 really are the highlight, with the sea, mountains and Fuengirola Castle all visible from the corner apartment. We found the resort peaceful, attractive and well cared for despite being built in 2006, and it was spotless when we arrived. The pool has plenty of room, and the two big terraces are great for sunbathing, though some shade would have helped at breakfast and lunch. A parasol would make a big difference. The A7 is about 500 meters away, Bus 220 stops nearby, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We even heard live music from the nearby venue for free. Picking up the keys 200 meters away was easy. Inside, the living area is spacious and has a huge TV. There are two pleasant bedrooms and two bathrooms, both functional though not large. Towels for the apartment and pool were plentiful, and the welcome Cava, beer, coffee and chips were a nice touch. The kitchen is small but usable if you’re flexible, though its window cannot be locked. Some furniture and kitchen items are worn, and we bought our own pan and utensils. The coffee machine didn’t keep coffee warm, so we bought a Nespresso machine instead. We were disappointed that the Jacuzzi only reached 34-35°C, even though we’d been told in writing it would be turned up. It may be old or faulty. We also got no response to maintenance requests, including about lighting. The complex seems to include hotel guests, long-term residents and privately owned apartments, possibly owned by international buyers. It’s a nice place with a lovely outlook and plenty of space, but the furniture, kitchen and Jacuzzi need attention. I’d still recommend it for the view and quiet setting, as long as you don’t expect a really hot Jacuzzi. Updating the furnishings, fixing the Jacuzzi and spending about 150 Euro on kitchen improvements could earn it another star or two. This review can be documented in full with photos or other records.
