Hostal La Posada

Staff were very nice and helpful. Our room had a fridge, microwave, plates and silverware, plus a big bathroom and a lovely patio. It was the nicest place we stayed during our one week in Andalusía this year.

Great views and a central location. We dropped off our bags, then parked 200 m away. The 3 bed apartment was a decent size and very clean, with daily service and friendly owners. There’s only one bathroom. The kettle cuts out, so a new one would help, and I’ll let the owner know. The shower tray fills quickly, so keep showers short or it could flood. Not much else to dislike. Highly recommend, and I'd stay again.

We had 4 fantastic days here in September. La Posada is a beautiful, relaxing and homely place, with a comfortable, well equipped studio near the center of Mijas. The owner was lovely and helpful. She booked our taxi back to Malaga airport and even got up to make sure it arrived for our return flight.

Just arrived at this fantastic little gem. It feels perfect in every way, and the view is one you can't stop taking in. 10/10, we'd return in a heartbeat. Mijas is fantastic too, and we're just setting off to see its wonderful sights.
