Parking was easy, and the house is close to everything. Take a walk around the neighborhood too, it’s beautiful, well kept, and feels like stepping back into Victorian England. The house itself is welcoming, clean, and pleasant, in a lovely neighborhood that transports you to the Victorian era. It has everything you might need and is a great place to unwind. Staying in a historic building made my visit to Minas de Riotinto unforgettable. The host, Jesús, was the best part. He’s lovely and knows the mine and surrounding area inside out. I wish I’d had more days off to talk with him and learn about Riotinto and the area, it’s fascinating. For me, this is absolutely worth it and highly recommended. A 10 out of 10.

The pool was a highlight, with such a peaceful atmosphere. This family-run guesthouse is in beautifully maintained surroundings and feels very quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and attentive to guests’ well-being. You just don’t get that kind of service in a hotel, however many stars it has.

A quiet, relaxing place to stay in a Victorian-style house that feels like a piece of history. The owners were very kind, friendly, and polite. Highly recommended if you want to visit the mines and the surrounding area.

The area is beautiful and idyllic, and we hope to return soon to explore and enjoy it properly. Car trouble unfortunately kept us from seeing as much of it as we’d hoped. Jesús kindly offered us his car for whatever we needed and made sure we got back. He’s lovely.

Our room was magnificent, spacious, and lovely, and the house is spectacular, beautiful, and well cared for. The host was excellent, very polite, and friendly. We’ll definitely return.
