The bedrooms have been refurbished and include walk-in showers, and the staff were great. We had an excellent stay at this hotel right by the beach. The restaurant was very good too, with amazing food, including fresh calamari and tender, crispy chicken, and a view of the beach.

After walking more than 20 km on the Inglés Route, arriving at a clean, well-kept and comfortable hotel was wonderful. The person working the front desk, who I think was called Fernando, was incredibly kind and helpful, and really went out of his way for me. I'd highly recommend staying here after a long day on foot.

The rooms are modern and a good size, and the hotel is lovely, close to the beach in Mino. There's a great terrace for breakfast or other meals, plus an indoor restaurant after 8 pm. The resident buffet breakfast is good value.

We had a really enjoyable three-night stay. The room was spotless and warm, with a comfortable bed and good pillows, and the bathroom had a lovely, powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar food was excellent. The beach is only a short walk away. Well done, it was great.

That was the worst service I've had so far, and I travel throughout the year. I was the only customer, but the woman at the register ignored me for five minutes. When I asked to see the room, she got upset and hurried me over to it, literally running. The room itself was okay, about three-star standard. Before I could say anything, she offered to cancel my reservation without a charge, apparently assuming I wasn't thrilled. I felt unwelcome, so I agreed, and she canceled it.
