That little photo book showing the renovation before and after was one of my favourite touches. It gave us an even better sense of the thought and heart the hosts put into the place. Las Moradas del Temple felt warm, cosy, and full of character, with lovely decor. We stayed there for a night while driving from Barcelona to Valencia, after planning a few sightseeing stops to break up the journey. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner there on arrival and were glad we’d cancelled our reservation in another town. The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was just as good before we continued to Valencia. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We booked this place spontaneously for a night while driving through Spain, and it turned out to be a one of a kind hidden gem. The rooms were super clean and cosy. The lovely couple who own the property told us the story of how they built it, and we felt like relatives coming home. We were blown away by the antique Templar details, the warm hospitality, and the absolutely delicious food. I’ll definitely come back one day. Thank you for taking such good care of us! The roads around here are stunning, which was great for us as motorbike riders, and the hotel is about an hour from aaragon race circuit. Sergio and adelada were wonderful hosts and cooks. I’d recommend the pork cheeks and homemade yougurt, especially with the large breakfast. It’s a stunning old-school Spanish hotel, a true gem. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. We’ll be back.

The rooms are enormous, each with at least a touch of Templar style. It’s a beautiful, unique hotel with lovely food, and a great place to visit.
