The rooms were OK, but nearly everything else was disappointing. The reception staff were extremely unfriendly, the snack machine was broken and wouldn’t take cash, and with the restaurant closed there was no vegetarian food at the bar when we were hungry. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had, served in a cold room. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Three stars? Yeah, right.

A handy place to stop before catching the ferry in Bilbao the next day, with comfortable beds and easy access back to the motorway. The three-course menu del dia with wine was fabulous. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

We stayed one night with our dog, and the hotel was very pet friendly. The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were lovely. We also really liked the cafe and its staff, who gave us great service.

The big parking area and location were the only good points. The rooms were dusty, service was poor, and breakfast was below zero. Fine for one night only.

I’ve come from France to Miranda de Ebro three times, in May, July, and now August, and stayed at this hotel for two weeks. My husband and I find it very comfortable, and we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Honro san Juan, almost every night. The Spanish food was delicious. J'adore! Manoli, our restaurant waitress, is beautiful, fun, kind, and the friendliest. Martha was fun and friendly too, and seems to be their leader or manager, though sorry, I’m not exactly sure. Thank you both. I’m so happy I got to meet and know you. Wishing you continued success! Bisous!
