Apartamentos Los Mocanes

Adam was so helpful, even staying late because our flight was delayed. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, peaceful, with a great shower. The balcony had loads of room to sunbathe and eat, and the pool area was great. We only had to share the pool once during our week. Don't worry about the hill, everywhere seems to be uphill in Puerto Rico. We just got back from a very relaxing holiday and were so impressed that we've booked to go again next year.

It was very quiet here, and we hardly saw anyone. We usually had the pool to ourselves. The apartment is functional, with a large balcony, and it's in a small complex. It's on a hill, so expect steps up and down wherever you go, but the beach is only about 10 minutes away and the busy shopping centre, with lots of places to eat, is about the same distance. We picked up breakfast and lunch at the local supermarket, which was well stocked and good value, with lots of pastries and fresh fruit. The bus station is just five minutes away. The manager was very helpful, though reception is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. We had a great stay.

We had a fantastic view from level 3, and the balcony was really big. The apartment was very well equipped. We arrived at 9:45pm with nothing, but Adam, the manager, kindly took us to the supermarket, waited for us and drove us back. The pool was small but lovely to come back to after touring the island. There's a bit of walking up and down to town, but it didn't put us off. These apartments are spot on, and we'd definitely recommend them.

Adam was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Loved everything about the place.
