Arguineguin Park By Servatur VV

We had a really nice stay, and it was so convenient having parking right beneath the whole complex. We could take the right elevator straight up to our flat, and our golf clubs were safe in the car overnight :) Before booking, decide whether you’d rather have morning or evening sun on the balcony ;)

The location is handy, though the hotel is up a hill. There’s an excellent bus service just down the road, and restaurants are within walking distance, but the walk can feel long in the heat. Staff can arrange a taxi, which usually comes quickly. Inside, the apartments were lovely: good-sized rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and plenty of utensils. The living area was comfortable too, and the air conditioning worked well throughout and was included in our booking. We had a big balcony with a table, loungers and a drying rack in a large cupboard. It seemed well soundproofed, as there was very little noise. The complex was clean and well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. After we arrived at 2am, someone came up to help set the air con because we were too tired to work out the online instructions. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas at the main pool, plus a pool bar with reasonably priced food. The rooftop pool and bar had lovely views and very comfy sunbeds, but we didn’t use them much since that area is for guests aged 18 and over. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We spent a week in this recently built, quiet complex. Our self-catering two-bedroom flat had two bathrooms, all the amenities we needed and room service. The location was good, with nearby beaches just a short walk away, and there was an outdoor heated pool.

Jul 2025 We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities. The staff were fantastic, and the manager kindly let us keep the apartment until 6 because we had a late flight. We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool, and ate downstairs at the pool bar, where there was lots of choice, the food tasted great and it was very affordable. The spar was handy for coffee and bits and pieces. Our apartment was immaculately clean, and we’ll definitely come back.
