Cordial Muelle Viejo

We'd just come home after two weeks here, and it was amazing from start to finish. Check-in was quick even late at night, and every morning we got a warm welcome and freshly delivered rolls in our room. The staff were outstanding, and Ruth and the team made sure everyone had a lovely time. The rooms had everything we needed and were spotless, cleaned five days out of seven. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a real bonus on holiday. The pool is stunning, with lots of loungers and parasols facing the sea, and we never had to fight for a sunbed. Clean pool towels were available whenever we needed them. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel or location, and I'd definitely return.

Ruth and her team were fantastic, and all the staff followed her lead. We loved the pool, with plenty of sunbeds and shade, and the apartment itself was the best we've stayed in during more than 40 years of apartment holidays. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything well equipped and a lovely patio with loungers, a table, chairs and shade. We arrived late in the evening, just as the local bars and restaurants were closing. The young man at reception checked us in quickly, showed us to the apartment and gave us time to find food and a drink. At the first restaurant we tried, they quickly set a table and brought menus even though we thought we might be too late. We went back several times and were always looked after well. Bars and restaurants are right outside, with the beach opposite. There were bread rolls every morning, which were tremendous. We don't often return to the same resort and apartments, but we're already planning to come back to Cordial Muella Viejo. Thanks, Ruth and co, for our dream holiday.

This was our second stay in these fabulous apartments. Ruth, the Manager, greeted us warmly as she always does. The apartment was spotless, with a big balcony overlooking the little promenade and beach. Fresh, warm breakfast rolls left outside the door every morning were a lovely bonus. On our way home at the airport, we realized we'd left something of great sentimental value in the room. We called the central Cordial number, and they passed the message to Ruth. She got in touch to say it had been found and that she was sending it back to us. Ruth is always helpful and goes the extra mile with a big smile. We were a family of five, three adults and two kids, and felt well looked after throughout our stay. Ruth Morillo was especially warm and helpful to us and to all the guests, making each of us feel special in our own way. Javier, the lifeguard, was always smiling and ready to help, and thanks as well to the whole staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location, service, rooms and cleanliness were all just perfect. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back!
