The ocean view from the room made the stay even nicer, and there was enough space for our luggage and everything else we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding felt fresh and pleasant. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. They responded quickly when we needed something, and from check-in through the end of the stay, the service felt professional and welcoming.

We had a brilliant stay and will definitely come back. Our superior room came with excellent air conditioning, cleaning six times a week, and fresh towels five times a week. The location is handy, with a small supermarket beside the apartments, and reception also had reasonably priced cold drinks in fridges. The centre is a 10/15 minute walk away, though the return is uphill, so you’ll need a taxi. We’d booked a superior one-bedroom apartment but were given a superior studio instead. That didn’t bother us, as the studio was still a good size. We were on the fourth floor, with lovely sea views and a great-sized balcony. The pool area is small but well maintained. You can usually get a sunbed if you arrive before 9:30am. Staff will remove towels left on beds for hours if you let them know. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially at the pool bar.

We had a family of five, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. We went self-catering and had a fantastic time. Each morning, we enjoyed coffee and continental breakfasts on the balcony, which had a spectacular view. The staff were welcoming and always helpful, and the cleaners did an amazing job. The owner was one of the most pleasant, friendly, and understanding men I’ve had the pleasure to meet. The hotel has a lovely pool and eating and drinking area, with accommodating staff throughout. There’s a supermarket across the road, and the beach is a very short walk away. Restaurants run along the beachfront for food and cocktails. Frans is a very good spot to eat, with lovely staff. It’s also a short walk into the centre, with shops and attractions for the whole family. Just got back from an amazing holiday.

We’re staying at Maracaibo now, and the experience has been much better than we expected. The food we’ve had here has all been really nice, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The two young lads at the bar are really friendly and polite, and work hard. Reception has been great too. The ladies are welcoming and go the extra mile with questions. We’re in a garden room with a pool, and when trees and grass made it a bit dirty, I asked reception if it could be cleaned again. Someone was in our room within 10 minutes. We first had a deluxe room, then asked about upgrading to one with a pool. The available room was meant for two, and there are three of us, but reception made a few calls, moved some furniture around, and put in an extra bed. That was going the extra mile. We chose this place after seeing the good reviews, and it didn’t disappoint.
