We wouldn't return. We're in the 'too old for this' bracket now, and the noise was the main reason. The old windows let in everything, and a nearby nightclub went on until around 4 or 5am. If you're young and want to party, you might love it, but it didn't suit us. There's no air conditioning, so the rooms get really warm. The beds were hard, though more comfortable than we expected, but the pillows weren't comfortable at all. The location is great, with everything you need within walking distance. We only saw the friendly, nice cleaners, though, and no one who seemed to be front desk staff. If something went wrong in the room, I wouldn't know who to ask. The rooms are basic, and the kitchen is old and lacking a lot. We had a kettle and microwave, plus a stove that didn't seem to work. Maybe we were doing something wrong, but it only had a turn knob.

The apartment was clean and welcoming, and we spent a lovely 15 days there on a family holiday. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, pool, fantastic solarium and great chill-out area. It's a perfect place to switch off and forget your problems. We'd definitely return without hesitation.

We stayed for 10 nights during the August 2023 heatwave, with two adults and our 17- and 14-year-olds. The apartments are very large and have everything you need. There isn't air conditioning or WiFi, but they do provide fans, which we used. The pool is wonderful, especially if you have mobility issues, as you can walk straight in. Puerto rico is very steep and hilly, but this place is amazingly central: I counted about 17 steps and you're in the centre. The management are friendly. There's no music or bar by the pool, though you can bring your own drinks. It's a good option for a cheap holiday, and we'll definitely come back.

We found the staff friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the terrace and pool made it easy to relax. Its location is handy for exploring the island. A perfect spot for a family holiday.
