The staff were kind and really helpful, and I loved being able to use the gym next door for free. Our room was always cleaned and had everything we needed, while the balcony views were stunning. The hotel was amazing and definitely good value for money. Our neighbours were noisy, and we could hear a lot from them. It didn’t bother us too much, though.

There’s a small supermarket under the hotel that stays open until 9pm, and guests can also use the gym or spa at the sister hotel, Casablanca, next door. The rooms were clean, pleasant, and had what we needed. The steps to and from Commercial Centre are manageable, and they help keep the nighttime noise from the bars down despite the central location. I marked down the service because of the reception staff’s attitude. I also don’t think air conditioning should cost extra.

We had a magnificent view from our eighth-floor room, and the pool was lovely on a warm day. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and gave us valuable help; the staff in general were commendable. A few things could use attention: the TV remote’s battery was running low, the aging refrigerator was discolored, and the balcony light stopped working on our second day. It also got quite warm inside, so we needed the AC. This was the first place where I’d found there was an extra charge of 5€ per night to use it, after discovering the remote was missing. Even with those minor inconveniences, the apartments offer good value for the price.

We had a lovely stay and I’ll be back next year. A sun lounger or reclining deck chair on the balcony would be a nice addition, but that won’t put me off returning.
