We were shown to our table and asked what we wanted to drink before we'd even seen a menu. It felt rushed from the outset. The food was average, and the main course arrived within minutes of us finishing our starters. Staff began clearing the table before everyone had finished. We were very disappointed, as this restaurant had been recommended for my wife's birthday. Four of us had two courses with water and wine, and were in and out in under an hour. I know it's supposedly out of season, but I can't see them rushing other nationalities like that.

The €20 menu del dia was the best I’ve had in my five years in Spain. It was my first visit today, and we’ll definitely be back. The food was cooked just right, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the wine was great for such an affordable price. Stupendous!

You can see right across the Mediterranean from this airy, open restaurant. The menu is compact but has plenty of variety, and the food was excellent. The waiting staff were super.

We last came to Mojacar a few years ago, and it was lovely to find this restaurant just as good as we remembered. We ate here on 10 October. The food was delicious, the service exemplary, and it was the highlight of my trip.
