The beds were comfy, and the room was nicely arranged with a fridge, hairdryer and towels. It was cleaned daily and also had air conditioning, a flat screen TV, shampoo and shower supplies. The check in staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was polite. I don’t think this deserves just 1 star, I’d say 3. The only downside was there wasn’t a kettle or cups for morning coffee, though there are plenty of cafes nearby. It’s a lovely little hotel in a great location, and I’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

The room was lovely, and that memory foam mattress and pillows made the bed surprisingly comfortable. For a 1 star hotel, this little place was a great find, with friendly staff and a brilliant location close to the sea. There’s no car park, though we found plenty of free on street parking. Mojacar old town is a five minute drive away. The toilet stopped flushing shortly after we arrived, so we filled the little bin with water and used that to flush. We couldn’t work out how to lock the balcony doors either, but felt safe with the shutters down. Would recommend this lovely place!

The location was great, only a two minute walk from the beach, and the price was very good. Rooms are basic but do the job, with a comfy bed, cleanliness and friendly staff. I’d stay again.

If you’re after five star comfort, look elsewhere. But for clean, comfortable basic accommodation, this is the place, and at the price it’s fantastic. The rooms were spotless, with a nice shower and lovely towels, and the staff were brilliant, helpful and polite. We’d definitely return.
