This was our fourth visit, and we had another wonderful stay. The hotel has maintained its standards and offers good value for money. After a recent stay at another company’s hotel, the difference was chalk and cheese, from the quality and customer service to the hot food and overall experience. The welcoming atmosphere and value here leave the others with a lesson to learn.

Everything else really was first class, and the staff were very friendly in every department. There was a lot of sand or grit on the indoor pool floor on some days, even early in the morning. A large beer at the bar was a bit pricey. Thank you, and we hope to be back soon.

All the staff were excellent, but our stay was very noisy because the hotel was undergoing significant refurbishment. We were woken at 8am every morning, and neither the hotel website nor the information we saw beforehand noted the works. The heated pool was also closed, and we only got an email about that the day before arrival. We complained to the manager. She said the refurbishment was on the website, but couldn’t find anything to back that up, and spoke to us in a very condescending way. The food was average, and the accommodation felt dated and tired. We feel the hotel was miss sold because of the noise and unavailable amenities. We would never book a Servigroup hotel again.

The place was nice and had a great view, but the food made our stay miserable. It wasn’t nice at all. I’d like to be able to pay for a proper meal.

We stayed for a No Limits track event at Andalucia Circuit and had a very enjoyable time. The rooms were clean, the food was decent, and the staff were cheerful and pleasant. The hotel was great. Thank you.
