A great little boutique hotel. Definitely worth a visit.

The natural setting is beautiful, but our stay was a complete disaster. We paid €79 without breakfast, and my friends eventually drove back to Madrid, a 3-hour trip, even though it was late. I won't return or recommend the place. When we arrived for our stay from October 5th to 6th, the room lock was missing its cylinder and didn't work. The only alternative offered was an apartment 10 km away, so we stayed. After that, the heating failed, though they did give us a space heater; the tap water was cloudy, there was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. Together, it made the room very uncomfortable. We got four different answers when asking how much the breakfast buffet cost, with no clear explanation. Nobody came when we asked to speak with a manager. We only spoke by phone, and the staff seemed careless and very disorganized. They said nothing could be done until Monday. They also refused to give us a complaint form, and nobody would identify themselves, in violation of current regulations. It's a shame to see the 18th-century building neglected and the garden in such poor condition. The place has so much potential, but the poor attention, appalling management, and dilapidated facilities make it uninhabitable for travelers.

The two women at reception were eager to help and please guests. I hope they can restore the place's reputation, as they put it, but they'll need to work hard and add more staff. The hot water pressure was low, though the eight of us were all able to shower without trouble. I first stayed here many years ago when the project had just started, so I booked again without reading reviews. It was disappointing to find the same space in severe decline. I won't come back until I see that a lot has changed. Good luck with the project.

Sleep was impossible: you could hear everything, even the guest next door yawning, and the heating setup kept tripping the circuit breakers. They don't turn on the heating, but there is an electric radiator and a space heater. The stay was one I'd rather forget, and I won't be back. For one hundred euros a night, there's no room service at all. The facilities are ancient, from the prehistoric three-phase outlets to the outdated bathroom. Breakfast was awful, and if you came down a bit late, items were gone and not replenished, though you paid the same. The bar barely had anything to drink or snack on.
