The rooms were clean and basic, which was fine, but the place felt pretty run down. Check-in took ages, and the gentleman at the desk didn't seem sure what he was doing. Breakfast was poor despite all the options. The buffet coffee machine wasn't working, and getting an espresso at the bar, in the same place as breakfast, cost extra. Most of the mugs were dented, several were dirty, and I had to check six plates before finding a clean one. EDITED: The property seems to think I can't read, so I've attached proof about the coffee machine.

We found the hotel welcoming, with helpful staff, good rooms, and a great breakfast. There are also good restaurants and pubs nearby. They stored our luggage while we drove to Lourdes, France, which is closer than driving from France. It's budget friendly, and I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

We were only there for one night, my wife, teenage son, and me. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with an excellent bed. The bathroom was great too. Breakfast had lots of choices, and everything tasted really good.

I stayed six nights because I had to. Otherwise, I would have left. The biggest problem was cleanliness. The stairs to the floors weren't cleaned over five days, and the corridors were embarrassing. The garage was dusty, had rubbish everywhere, and smelled strongly of sewage. The keypad for entering or leaving the garage barely worked, so I had to go to reception. The air conditioning vent in the room was full of dust, and the filters clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower holder was broken, used paper cups in the bathroom were never replaced, the desk was broken, and there were marks and unfilled holes on the walls. The building is clearly old, and the receptionist didn't speak English, which sometimes made it hard to understand each other. The food was just decent, though the beer was good. It was also very expensive: €115 a night without breakfast, plus €7.5 a night for my motorbike. How can they charge that much? I hadn't stayed in Accor group hotels for many years, and the quality has dropped a lot while the prices have shot up. Never again!
