The views are beautiful, especially for sunsets, and the rooms are a good size. The Parador itself is lovely, though, to be honest, it's among the more run-down ones I've visited. The gym is tiny, with only a few weights. I was there on 26th of September, and the pool was closed for the season while the jacuzzi was shut for repairs.

The old building has real character, and the view from the hill is amazing. The staff were friendly too. Just be aware that walking up and down to town could be tough if you're older.

The hilltop setting gives you nice views, but the rooms were far too hot and stuffy. The AC was either switched off or barely there, so I can't imagine staying here in summer. We couldn't leave the windows open because of mosquitoes and, worse, cigarette smoke from the many people gathered outside. They were walking, talking, and smoking until 1 a.m. or later, and we slept badly. After coming from Parador de San Estuvo, this stay was a real letdown, so I can't give it a positive review. I also suspect the business is using a review bot farm for positive ratings. A lot of the five-star reviews without comments seem to come from dubious accounts. Maybe they'll take corrective action once the situation is clear.

We had dinner and breakfast here, and the food was excellent. Our standard room was good, parking was plentiful, and the hilltop location is convenient. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help. Nothing to complain about.

I really enjoyed the bar, and the coffee and food were very good. The staff were lovely, friendly, and engaging. A fantastic place to stay.
