We stopped here for one night on the way to our destination. It was clean and well located, and the owner was very friendly, but I thought it was a little expensive. It's a very old house, and with four of us sharing one rather small room, space was tight. The small beds hadn't been made. There were towels for only two people, though they offered to bring more if we needed them. The kitchen had limited utensils, and some needed replacing.

It's in a very quiet area, with little supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby for grabbing a bite, and the Montserrat Monastery is very close. The apartment is in a 1929 building that's been renovated while keeping its original charm. It was spotless and had a fully equipped kitchen. The people managing it were attentive and friendly. Since nobody was staying there the night before, they let us check in much earlier than usual. It was also empty on Monday, so we could leave after lunch. That was exceptional given the circumstances during those days.

A lovely village very close to the Montserrat Monastery, and a perfect place if you want some peace and quiet.

We found everything we needed in the apartment, and its location made for a peaceful getaway. A good spot to switch off and relax.
